This privacy policy applies to all persons who use the services of Hotel Mondschein, Hans Ischia & Co. The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. Contact with us

If you use the contact form on our website or contact us by e-mail, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and respond to your enquiry. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

 

Information on data processing

We store the following data for the purpose of processing the accommodation contract: Your master data (name, postal address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, nationality), the data in travel documents (number, issuing authority, duration), the data on the payment method (credit card data), vehicle registration number if applicable (when using the hotel garage), your booking data (length of stay, conditions associated with the stay and services requested).

The data you provide is required to fulfil the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. This also applies if we do not collect the data from you but receive it from third parties (booking portals, travel agencies).

Data will not be transmitted to third parties, with the exception of transmission to fulfil our statutory, contractual or other legal obligations (banking institutions and payment service providers for the purpose of payment processing, tax consultants, Innsbruck Tourist Board and its holiday villages, statistics/registration department, insurance companies and software service providers).

If the booking process is cancelled on our website, no data will be stored. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the statutory retention period (7 years).

We do not use profiling or automated decision-making.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.
